How to Make Chia Pudding
- Add 2 tablespoon of chia seeds ( I get mine at Trader Joe's) to a jar or bowl and top with ½ cup almond milk (any milk will work).
- Stir well with a whisk and place in the fridge.
- Let sit in the fridge for a few hours. If I think about it sometimes I'll go in and give it a stir but not necessary.
- When you are ready you can stir and add in any mix-ins like pure maple syrup, cocoa powder or vanilla extract.
- Top with goodies galore and you are good to go.
