You won't believe how easy this Ginger Honey Glazed Chicken is! Tender, juicy and flavorful chicken made with only three ingredients. {gluten-free, paleo, whole30}
Happy Five Ingredient Friday peeps! I am on a mission here at Seasonal Craving to give you (and me) an arsenal of quick and easy recipes that you can whip up on busy weeknights.
I have so many people tell me that getting dinner on the table is a major stressor in their lives and I've been there. So, I'm here to help you and me. Fall is right around the corner and the pace at our house will kick into high gear.
Ginger Honey Glazed Chicken is the answer to your prayers, people. It's easy, tasty and only requires three ingredients. It's hard to imagine that something so simple could taste so good.
I grilled this inside on my green grill pan. I consider this pan to be a must have for making quick and healthy dinners. Seriously, if you don't have a grill pan, get one now. It will make your life easier.
When you are using a sticky sweet glaze like this honey and ginger combination, you can't baste it right from the start. If you do, you will have a sticky burnt mess.
I cook the chicken thighs on both sides until almost cooked through then I slather the sticky sauce on both sides and let it cook for another minute. It makes for some delicious caramelization.
You will LOVE this Ginger Honey Glazed Chicken because it's...
- easy to prepare
- requires only a few ingredients
- is covered in sticky sweet caramelization
- gluten free, paleo, and whole30
- satisfying
- SUPER tasty!

That caramelization on the top of that chicken is absolutely divine. I'm always looking for new ways to impart flavor into chicken (the hubby says it is tasteless). . .so this is definitely a keeper.
