I understand Keto to be less than 50 net carbs per day. You could make this two servings if you are keeping your carbs lower.

Sounds yummy but calling this recipe ‘keto’ is very misleading- unless this is the only thing you eat all day. This smoothie has 28g of carbs. The keto diet restricts daily carb intake to 30-35g in order to attain ketosis.

I must admit that I approached the recipe skeptically. In general, I do not like many recipes for healthy sweets. I once made chocolate avocado pudding and it was hideous. This smoothie, however, is delicious, and also filling and healthy! With crushed ice, it tastes like a chocolate shake. I recommend even for the biggest gourmands.
