If you’re wondering about Little Caesars' gluten free menu, you’ve come to the right place.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find any pizzas that are gluten-free at Little Caesar’s. They don’t claim that any of their pizzas are gluten free, but they do provide a list of the allergens present in their menu items to help you make an informed decision.
In this guide, I’ll share the items that Little Caesars has on their menu that do not contain gluten. However, it’s important to note that these items may still come in contact with gluten since most of the menu items by Little Caesars do contain wheat.
History of Little Caesars
Little Caesars was founded in 1959 by Mike and Marian Ilitch in Garden City, Michigan. The couple started their journey with a single store, but their dedication to quality and flavor soon made Little Caesars a household name.
Today, it's one of the largest pizza chains in the United States and operates in more than 20 countries around the world.
The key to Little Caesars' success has always been its commitment to providing tasty and affordable pizzas. They introduced the concept of "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas, which were pre-made and ready for pick-up without the need for ordering ahead.
This revolutionized the pizza industry and solidified Little Caesars' place in the heart of pizza lovers everywhere.
Does Little Caesars Have Gluten Free Items?
Little Caesars does have gluten-free items on its menu, but there is a high risk of cross-contamination.
Moreover, none of their pizzas are gluten-free, and you would have better luck getting gluten free pizzas in restaurant chains such as Domino’s, Papa Murphy’s, Papa John, and Pizza Hut.
You can, however, have their hot wings but, again, do keep in mind that there may be a risk of cross-contamination and it’s incredibly important to discuss your dietary restrictions with the staff before placing an order.
Ask them more about how the wings are prepared and whether or not they are fried in separate fryers than other gluten-containing items. When in doubt, it’s best to avoid taking a risk.

Pizza
I have heard that certain Little Caesars locations do offer gluten-free crust options, but unfortunately, this is entirely up to the franchise owner.
For this reason, unless you can be certain that the location you’re going to adheres to gluten-free guidelines, I would not recommend having a pizza here if you follow a gluten-free diet.
The main reason is that the risk of cross-contamination is quite high, and it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
HOT‐N‐READY® Caesar Wings®
- Oven Roasted
- Buffalo Mild
- Buffalo Hot
- BBQ
- Spicy BBQ
- Garlic Parmesan
- Lemon Pepper
Note: I have to reiterate that there is a risk of cross-contamination with their wings as well.
Caesar Dips®
- Cheesy Jalapeño
- Ranch
- Buffalo Ranch
Note: At certain locations, their Buttery Garlic contains barley and is, therefore, not gluten-free.
