Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ avocado
- 1 handful of greens, spinach or kale
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- 2 teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ banana
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well. If it's too thick add more milk - too thin add more ice or the other half banana.
- If you want it to be a smoothie bowl it needs to be thick.
